This service is available during the Ritz's regular hours of operations, and messages sent after hours will be answered the next business day.

Because of the 160 character limit to SMS, this service is best used for quick inquries. Remembver that you can also get library assitance through Chat, Email and, and, of course, our Reference Desk number: (845) 431-8634.

Also remember that while this is a free service from DCC,  your cell phone provider may charge you for sending or receiving text messages.
